Summary

  • Each time a schedule is created, one token is automatically generated using the password entered by the Owner.

  • It is possible to generate a new token for all the schedules you own.

  • Technical changes can generate token errors and cause executions to fail: in this case, generate a new token for all the Schedules you own.

Guarantee the security of executions

Each time a schedule is created, one token is automatically generated from the password entered by the user.

The token is used to check the Owner rights for each execution and thus secure the actions performed on the data strings.

Technical changes (e.g. updating the authentication server) can generate token-related errors and lead to execution failure: in this case, an explicit message will be visible in the task logs. To generate a new token for all the Planifications you own.

Generate a new token

From your account page you can update all the tokens for the Plans you own.

Click on Update token and validate the action to immediately update the tokens for all Schedules you own using this newly generated token.
